Visa Information
The Sultanate of Oman welcomes visitors from around the globe with tourist visas issued on arrival at Muscat International Airport to passport holders of more than 100 countries for up to 14 days as per the list below. Residents of GCC countries do not need a visa and all other countries may apply online for tourist visas directly with the Royal Oman Police www.rop.gov.om or your preferred travel agent. Delegates requiring visa assistance through the congress secretariat must submit the request via email. Visa handling fee of USD 55 is applicable.
Visa on Arrival
Following countries are entitled to get a tourist visa and fee-exempt visa for a period of 14 days only.

Visa Information
Qatar welcomes international visitors with a streamlined visa process. Nationals from over 95 countries are eligible for visa-free entry for varying durations, depending on their nationality. Residents of GCC countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE) can enter Qatar without a visa. Travelers from other countries may apply for an e-visa or visa on arrival, depending on their eligibility.

Visa-Free Entry:
Citizens from over 100 countries are eligible for visa-free entry into Qatar. The duration of stay permitted under this waiver varies:
•30-Day Visa Waiver: Applicable to nationals from countries including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and many others. This waiver allows for a stay of up to 30 days and can be extended for an additional 30 days.
•90-Day Visa Waiver: Applicable to nationals from countries such as Germany, France, Italy, and Spain. This waiver permits a stay of up to 90 days, either during a single trip or over multiple trips.

Citizens of the following countries are eligible for visa-free entry to Qatar for a stay of up to 30 or 90 days, depending on nationality:

Visa on Arrival (Applicable for GCC Residents Only)
GCC residents of all nationalities holding a valid residence permit for at least six months and a profession recognized by Qatari authorities are eligible for a visa on arrival for 30 days, extendable once.

Visa on Arrival
For participants whose countries are not eligible for visa-free entry, Qatar offers a Visa on Arrival option:
•Tourist Visa on Arrival: This visa is valid for 30 days and can be extended for an additional 30 days. To be eligible, visitors must have a passport valid for at least six months, a confirmed return or onward ticket, and proof of accommodation.
It’s advisable for attendees to check the latest requirements and ensure they meet all criteria before traveling.
Business Visa:
•72-Hour Business Visa: Ideal for short business trips, this visa is issued upon arrival and is valid for 72 hours, with the possibility of a 72-hour extension.
•30 or 90-Day Business Visa: For longer stays, these visas must be arranged in advance through a Qatar-based sponsor, such as your company or a partnering organization.
Applicants will need to provide a valid passport, a completed visa application form, recent passport-sized photographs, proof of accommodation, a return flight ticket, an invitation letter from your company, and proof of sufficient funds.
Application Process:
For attendees requiring a visa prior to arrival, the application can be processed through Qatar’s Hayya platform:
1.Hayya Platform: Attendees can apply for a visa online via the Hayya platform. They will need to create an account, fill out the application form, and upload the necessary documents.
2.Required Documents: A valid passport with at least six months’ validity, a recent passport-sized photograph, proof of accommodation, and a return or onward ticket.
3.Processing Time: It’s recommended to apply well in advance, as processing times may vary.
